Why do I want my property listed on
this registry?
Upon classification, property owners and
brokers will be able to use their designation as a marketing tool. For
instance, a property owner/broker will be able to describe their
parcel as a Category 2: 6-12 month project, with the ability to obtain
a building permit and pre-conference 360 days from submittal of the
pre-application.
Additionally, this information will be listed
on our website (www.responsiblegrowthforum.com) with a direct link to
the broker’s webpage. This fast-track process saves time for buyers
and eliminates any questions regarding the property’s capabilities.
Review committee
The task force review
committee consists of engineers, architects, planners, attorneys and
realtors who meet once a month to review property applications.
