Synopsis of Task Force
The purpose of this task force is to begin cataloging available land in Clark County. Property owners have begun submitting available parcels to our task force for review. Upon submittal, the task force carefully reviews the specified property, by using current GIS information, expertise and experience; each property will be categorized into one of four categories:

1. Category 1: 0-6 Months

Site plan approved – Pad ready – BP 180 days from pre-app or prelim submittal.

2. Category 2: 6-12 Months
Problems quantified - BP and pre-con 360 days from pre-app submittal.

3. Category 3: 12-18 Months
Within 540 days of pre-app submittal.

4. Category 4: 18-24 Months
Outside 720 days of pre-app submittal.

Why do I want my property listed on this registry?
Upon classification, property owners and brokers will be able to use their designation as a marketing tool. For instance, a property owner/broker will be able to describe their parcel as a Category 2: 6-12 month project, with the ability to obtain a building permit and pre-conference 360 days from submittal of the pre-application.

Additionally, this information will be listed on our website (www.responsiblegrowthforum.com) with a direct link to the broker’s webpage. This fast-track process saves time for buyers and eliminates any questions regarding the property’s capabilities.

Review committee
The task force review committee consists of engineers, architects, planners, attorneys and realtors who meet once a month to review property applications.

Appeal Process
If an applicant does not agree with our recommendation they can do one of two things:

• Withdraw the application
• Appeal to the RGF board with new data/research
