The Land Registry Task Force catalogues available land in Clark County for economic development. The committee is comprised of engineers, architects, planners, attorneys and realtors who meet once a month to review property applications. In order to be considered for this registry, property owners must submit available parcels to the committee for review. Upon submittal, the task force carefully reviews the specified property by using current GIS information, expertise and experience, and categorizes the available property into one of four categories.
